ABOUT ME - My name is Kalix, and ever since I was a little girl I have always had an animal either in my arms or by my side. My love for pets has led me to work jobs as a professional dog walker, a kennel technician, a pet store employee, stable hand, and most recently, a dog grooomer. Outside of the working world, I've also volunteered at vet clinics and animal rescues (such as the Cedar Cove Big Cat Sanctuary in Louisberg, KS). No job is too tough, and I have enough passion to provide every animal in my care with the special attention and care they need to thrive. CARE FOR DISABLED AND ELDERY PETS - As pets age they may require special care or medications, and even young animals may need special attention. I have experience taking care of sick animals and would be more than happy to prepare special diets, administer oral or topical medications, or provide any other accommodations as needed to keep your pet heathy. GROOMING ADD-ONS - In the past I have worked as a pet stylist apprentice. For a small extra fee I can trim your dog's nails to keep them short and healthy, as well as provide a thorough ear cleaning, tooth brushing, and coat brushing. Regular grooming routines helps keep pets comfortable and happy, and they'll shed less too! STAY "PUP"-DATED - For no extra charge I am happy to send you photos of your pets while they are in my care. As a pet owner, I know that sometimes it is more difficult for us to be away from them then it is for them to be away from us! Whether it is through text, email, or even Snapchat I can provide you with daily updates on how your kiddos are doing.
