Pet care experience
Hello, my name is Kali! Before joining Rover, I got my experience with animals from training our two family Brittany Spaniels, pet sitting for friends and neighbors, as well as being a sincere animal lover (and even a once aspiring veterinarian). I am currently in graduate school and enjoy a flexible schedule. I joined Rover last year because I missed having dogs in my life -- it has been a great experience! I'm the girl who always asks you "Can I pet your dog?". I am also a cat owner, so I'd love to watch over any dog or cat you have while you're away and give them lots of love!

I would definitely recommend Kali! She took care of my two cats while I was away and did a great job. She even took care of medication and a somewhat complicated meal routine. I returned home to two happy, calm kitties!
Kali is great. She's extremely communicative and my dog absolutely loves having her around. It really does provide peace of mind when I'm away from home that Charlotte is well taken care of. Would highly, highly recommend.

If your dog is coming to my place, in addition to food and poop bags, I encourage you to bring toys, bones, and something with his or your scent (like a dog bed or pillow case) to help him feel at home. I'll usually ask you to describe your pet's personality, as well as what routine they're used to at home.
A typical day
My Schedule-I am currently a graduate student. Weekdays I will have a variable class schedule and but can fit in 3-4 potty breaks/visits per day. On weekends your dog and I can spend lots of time together- I would love to take your dog jogging, or to the nearby dog park or people park. If your dog is more of a homebody, we can snuggle and watch Netflix for some quality time.
