Pet care experience
I have been a dog owner my whole life, a few years ago we said goodbye to our wonderful 13 year old rescue named Maggie. We have since welcomed a new adoption into our home and hearts, her name is Mochi and she is an amazing pup! Growing up, my family has had many furry companions with breeds ranging from Golden Retreiver, German Shepherd, Shih tzu/Poodle mix, Westie, and a Yorkie. We love all dogs! It would be my pleasure to care for any breed. I do work a job with varying hours so I may not be the person for you if you need someone consistently or daily, but I would love to hang out with them anytime on my days off! I can offer high-energy walks and play time, as well as a more laid back & casual walking style for any senior doggies, or those who don't feel like running around.

Kali was the best person to take care of my dog Coco. She sent photos of him and notified me of anything going on with him. I would highly recommend her to take care of your pet. She is caring, kind and very attentive to your dogs needs.
Kali was a great boarder! She made sure our dogs were comfortable in her house before we left, asked lots of questions about them and their care, and provided updates to us throughout the weekend. Would definitely use her again!
Kali went above and beyond to ensure that Ruger was comfortable and had fun while we were away. He was in great spirits and happily tuckered out from all the walks and attention he received! I had never heard of Rover prior to this and will not hesitate to use this service again. I have a feeling Ruger will want to visit his new friends whether we are going out of town or not!

I live in a house with an un-fenced yard with my partner who works from home. We have one dog named Mochi who is a rescue. We are socializing her and taking her to meet other dogs and people at daycare and out on the town! There is access to the home via two stairs at the back door, in case of any mobility issues, the dogs won’t have to use the longer flight in the front of the house. We do have stairs in our home. I will only accept one client at a time so rest assured that your dog will be the only pup at our house during their stay. I can provide leashed walks around our house, even though we do not have a fenced yard we have over an acre of land for your dog to explore. Due to the area we live in your dog MUST have flea/tick protection. Please let me know if your dog is on oral medication for flea/tick prevention or if you typically use topical prevention, or a collar.

I would like to know what your dog’s day is like at home; how often they eat and take potty breaks and if they are couch potatoes or like a lot of exercise! I have senior and puppy experience but would prefer if your puppy is crate trained. I have no problem preparing special meals for your dog if you like to bring refrigerated food, just let me know. It is also good to know how they react to other dogs while walking so I can be prepared and try to keep them comfortable. Where does your dog sleep at night and do they have separation anxiety? Your vet’s information is also important to me. Your dog would need to be comfortable sharing a space and playing with another dog because our pup will want to play!
A typical day
We can go on walks in grassy areas around our property or I can take more energetic dogs on longer walks through our neighborhood! It is very quiet and not too much traffic on our road. I would love to play fetch and tug if those are games your dog likes to play, they should bring their toys!
