Pet care experience
I am an experienced dog trainer who competes in dog sports all across the country in various venues. My entire home is set up and centered around my three wonderful German Shepherds and our two lovely house cats. My house is sectioned off that allows space for small dogs, large dogs, and cats to all have their own separate places where they can run, play, and interact with us. I am experienced in handling 100+ lb dogs who may be due for a few obedience refreshers and small, quiet senior dogs all the same. I am also experienced with handling dogs who may be fearful, reactive, not dog friendly/cat friendly, need daily medication, and more. Each dog gets one-on-one time with me outside multiple times a day, which is a perk of not having a fenced yard. With me, your dogs will never just be thrown out into a backyard to entertain themselves, but instead will be outside with me on our multiple acres of space actually playing and exercising. This is not only safer, as they are being supervised 100% of the time they are outside, but it is also more engaging for the dogs themselves.

Information Kali M. would like to know about your pet
Please let me know if the dog has any fears or reactivity issues so accommodations can be met. Afraid of thunderstorms? Wary of men, or people in uniforms? Are they prey driven? Do they like to chase cats, squirrels, etc? What daily grooming requirements would you like kept while they stay with me? Are the dogs fully potty trained? Are they crate trained? I will need their vet information and a copy of their vaccination records. Are they spayed or neutered (I CAN still board intact dogs)
A typical day
Each day we will go outside and walk my four acre property three times. Dogs will get to enjoy the sights, smells, and sounds of the farm life. Those that enjoy running and playing may do so with me on a 50ft long leash to compensate for lack of fencing. Cats boarding with me will stay in one of two of our spare bedrooms as their own personal suites. Each room is carpeted with a window for the cats to look outside and watch the birds visiting our nearby bird feeder. Each room will have their own food, water, and litter box as well as a climbing tree, toys, and various surfaces to climb and play on. They will receive multiple one-on-one play and snuggle sessions daily.
