Pet care experience
Growing up my family always had pets. Dogs, cats, birds, you name it. My dog's name was Bravo and he was a Black Labrador. I loved that dog. I did some basic command work with him, but really just got to grow up with him. Now, my husband and I have an Australian Shepherd puppy and learning what it looks like to really train a dog to be a good pet.

Kaley was awesome. Our doodle developed separation anxiety through the pandemic and likes having a person with him. He accepted her as his person for the night right away. Happy doodle parents and we would certainly use her again!

I would definitely want to know if your dog has any disabilities or allergies. If I'm taking your dog on a walk or outside I would also like to know how they honestly do with other dogs and with kids in case we run into any on the walk or at the park. If your dog does have behavioral issues, I'd like to know how you navigate through that and what you do to help your dog feel safe. I want all the dogs and people around me to be safe. Dogs with behavioral issues are not bad dogs, they just need a little extra help. I'd also love to know the treats your dog loves and the toys they like to play with. I like working on training too, so if there are any behavioral or tricks that you're working on, I'd love to keep the progress going!
A typical day
The area I live in right now is perfect for dog walking and parks! With my own pup we love to take him to the Church Hill Dog Park and the Chester Dog Park. My favorite place to walk around right now is right next to the canal and up in Church Hill. The beautiful scenery and quiet (especially during work hours) is something I love. Libby Hill is also a prime spot I like to go.

Availability
Having an Australian Shepherd is almost a full time job. We got on walks or to the dog park at least twice a day and are constantly entertaining him when we're home. He's the smartest pup and needs all the attention we can give him. He's a handful, but the sweetest lover boy you could ever have.
