Kaley is a sweet girl. But we had 2 dog sitters cancel on us last minute and quickly found Kaley. We’re grateful for her availability and being able to watch our dogs with such short notice. We did receive some updates throughout and photos which is also appreciated. She said she washed diapers & blankets even when we did not ask for those to be washed. But..Unfortunately when we arrived home we noticed the washing machine is filthy, has a bunch of stick stuff all over the lid and inside, and most importantly the top plastic part was cracked.. then we started looking around and noticed the blankets did not seem like they were actually washed either. We’re not sure what happened but it’s a bummer for sure! Again, sweet girl and dogs looked like they had fun so there is a lot of positives.

Kaley is consistently reliable and exceedingly responsible with my dogs.

Kaley is reliable and cares about my dogs, almost more than I do. (Slightly joking!) Bottom line, she's excellent.

Kaley was absolutely incredible… I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better house and pet sitter. From the very beginning, she showed up right on time for our meet and greet, was warm, friendly, and took detailed notes like a total pro. You can tell immediately she’s organized and genuinely cares about doing things right. While I was away, she followed every instruction perfectly and then somehow still managed to go above and beyond. Gus was clearly in the best hands… I never once had that anxious “is everything okay?” feeling. His safety and well-being were obviously her top priority, and that kind of peace of mind is priceless. She sent regular updates and photos, when I returned home, she had even left me a note with a full summary of his care Gus was happy, healthy, and his usual self. . With only a few mild side eyes at me which lets me know he was so well cared for by Kaley he barely had time to be mad at me for being gone. You can just tell Kaley truly loves animals and has a natural way with dogs. If you’re even thinking about booking her, do it. She’s reliable, thoughtful, and just an all-around amazing human. Gus gives her two paws way up… and I’d give her ten stars if I could.
