Hi fur mums and dads! My name is Kaleigh! I am currently home with my baby boy born last year. Beforehand I have been a teacher in New Bedford public schools for six years. I have been caring for dogs since my college years doing house visits and dog walking. I have grown up with dogs and cats and my husband and I had a black lab German shepherd mix until he passed away a few years ago. When the time is right, we look forward to being a few pups back into our home. In the meantime, I hope to care and love your pets as I would my own!

I do not have breed preferences, all dogs all welcomed. Before taking care of your dog, I will need the following: if your dog is baby/child friendly; if your dog is house trained; and any previous history of acting out or violence.
A typical day
Exercise is very important not only physically for a dog but mentally too. I am outdoorsy and love hikes, or walks through one of Dartmouth's nature trails. If your dog is great with other dogs, a nice trip to the dog park to interact with other dogs would be fun too!

Availability
I am currently home with my baby boy. I am available Monday- Saturday anytime before 5 o’clock pm for walks and daily visits. Sometimes my son will be joining, so I will need to make sure you are comfortable with that and your pup is baby-friendly.
