Pet care experience
I’ve always had a dog in my life since the age of 2. In 2014, I adopted my first child, a Mastiff mix named Hager and he’s been the love of my life ever since. He’s currently at my mom’s house in South Carolina because my rental home that I live in doesn’t allow me to have huge dogs🙄 major bummer. But it’s ok for me to watch huge babies temporarily. I’m pretty good at administering medication because Hager has allergies like crazy 😔 and I give amazing butt scratches. My love for the care of dogs and animals in general is endless! So, if you need me to drop in and give some love, food, and walks to your poochie, I am more than happy to. Dogs soothe the soul🐶

Simply put, Kala is amazing. She kept me up to date with photos of my pups at every drop-in visit, and kept to their normal routine schedule perfectly. She was also flexible and understanding when I needed to extend her services with a last-minute notification. Finally, I could tell my two dogs enjoyed their time with her, she respected our home, and maintained phenomenal professionalism. Kala is a great sitter.
Kala has always been around dogs since the day she was born. She loves animals and has always been very responsible for feeding and caring for her pets. Being by herself, she loves to have dogs around to get her "doggie loving" . She does own a hound/mastiff mix that she rescued 5 years ago. His name is Hager. He has to live with Grandma, because he needs a fenced in yard. But when she comes home to visit, they are inseparable. And she misses him greatly. She would be great caring for other people's dogs. She would treat them as her own!!

So, I live in a townhouse with no yard. However, there is an open area in front of my house that everyone in my neighborhood takes their dogs to do #1 or #2. There is also a nice sidewalk with great smelling points along the way beside my house. I like to do sunset/evening walks during the summer when the concrete is not hot and mid morning/afternoon walks during the winter. Taking care of those footsie pads are a must!

Availability
I work full time in the military and I work shift work. I am usually off and available anywhere between 2-4 days a week depending on my schedule for the month. I’m pretty flexible when it comes to time during those days off.
