Love her, my dog had a great time kids, cat and her husky!!!

I had a terrible experience with Kaitlin,she wasn’t there when my daughter drop off my dog (it’s a York terrier mix ) and two big dogs that Kaitlin was also sitter ,didn’t stop barking and growling at my dog ,which cause that he peed ,he was so intimidated and scare by the dogs ,Kaitlin’s fiancé try to pick him up but my daughter already tell him not to do that and that she wasn’t sure of leaving my dog ,he still did it and that’s when my dog bitten him in the middle of the index and thumb and bleed ,he was cool about it and said that things like that happen all the time but my daughter she took my dog home any way ,she said also that the house was very filthy. Later on Kaitlin she didn’t stop texting me about my dogs vaccinations that she need a proof of the records. I told her I was in Chicago that I didn’t have any information with me ,but i was returning the next day and I would give her the information,but she kept bugging me about it ,and asking for my full name ,address and phone number and texting and texting.(but why she was asking about my personal information?????? I contact rover and let them know what happened and I was told by them not to give her any personal information about me or my dog . I told them any way that they can call my dogs vet to confirm that everything was up to date . This was the third time I book with rover ,never had a problem or complain about my dog ,he loves to play with other dogs ,but Kaitlin with 20 yrs of experience should’ve been there to make my dog feel welcome and calm the two big dogs I was in Chicago in a hairshow and taking classes and I didn’t enjoy my time there thinking about all this . But Rover was so nice about and helpful and will be more careful next time
