Kaitlyn did a great job with our animals. At the time we had 2 dogs and 3 cats, most of which needed special diets due to allergies and medical conditions. She did a great job at keeping them in order and watching their patterns/behaviors while we were gone. She also did a great job timing out when to visit so our pups never had to go too long without being let out. I highly recommend her!

This was not a good experience- had I not needed someone so quickly I probably wouldn't have used her. I couldn't tell if she really wanted the job or not. During my dog's stay she adopted her own dog (never disclosed). She asked at the last minute if I could pick my dog up at her work so she could make it to the gym. I had texted her earlier to see if she could feed and walk Brodie prior to me picking him up because he was being dropped off directly to another Rover sitter (construction at my place). No problem was the response. I walked into a little office to see 3 dogs. Brodie's food, treats and toy were ready. When I got back down to my car I knew for sure that I didn't trust this girl and I texted her to confirm she had fed the dog. She didn't respond so I called her. She answered the phone and I asked if the dog had been fed. "Oh, I didn't have a chance" was her response. Seriously? Thank God I thought to ask or there would have been no dinner that night. I am very "not happy" with this booking. This individual should not be allowed the responsibility of watching someone's dearest pet. Very upsetting!!
