Pet care experience
My pet care experience starts at a young age. I’ve been surrounded by family pets since I can remember. Animal caretaking responsibilities were instilled in me very early in life. I’ve taken care of dogs of all sizes and multiple breeds, senior dogs who require medication, cats, and even small caged pets! Once I became eligible, I began volunteering at my local ASPCA where I was able to learn about a number of different breeds and their needs, how to safely walk dogs, and take care of cleaning responsibilities. Now, I am on this journey with Rover which has given me even more experience!
Reviews
Kaitlyn watched Rocky again and felt super happy knowing he was in great hands. I appreciate her communication, updates and how Rocky is when he stays with her. Will continue to rebook with her! I feel at ease when I have to travel out and Rocky being in good hands. She’s great!
Kaitlyn takes such good care of our girl. Our dog is a rescue with some special needs and really thrives when she’s staying with Kaitlyn. I’m so grateful we found her!!!
Always does a great job with updates and taking care of the doggos!! Highly recommend
Kaitlyn was great! I am overall very blessed to have her watch our Rocky. I felt happy and safe knowing Rocky was in great hands. She updated me on his meals, behavior and how he was adjusting. In addition, answering my questions I had on Rocky. We certainly plan on booking with her when we travel. Thank you so much for everything and your patience with Rocky.

I understand that pet parents with dog-reactive dogs have a tough time finding care for their pets, so I only sit one household’s pets at a time. Have no fear if your pup isn’t a fan of other dogs, that will not be an issue with me. I know how important routine is for pets so I will make sure to stick to your care schedule for potty breaks, feeding times, and medication administration.

Information Kaitlyn N. would like to know about your pet
My profile states that I can have dogs up to 100lbs, but I am only comfortable having dogs up to 60lbs as that is what I can safely handle, there is just no option for that size range in Rover’s settings. Please let me know if your dog has any reactivity towards other dogs as I can work with them, but I need to know what that reactivity looks like for them and how you manage it at home. Please let me know if your dog has any mobility limitations or is on any medications. I cannot accept dogs with certain behaviors for safety reasons and reasons that would disrupt my lifestyle. These behaviors include: human reactivity, counter surfing, frequent barking, and needing mid-night potty breaks. Your dog(s) must be potty trained. I try to be flexible with most things, so please just ask if you have any questions about anything here!
A typical day
A typical day spent at my home all depends on your pet’s needs. If your dog is very active or anxious in new places, we will do mental and physical stimulation exercises to calm that energy! My neighborhood is great for walking and there are multiple parks and trails just a short drive away. I also have a small fenced in yard where I can monitor potty breaks and we can play fetch. If your pet is a couch potato, I am more than happy to just hang out and have a relaxed day with them. Being flexible to meet a pet’s individual needs is very important to me.
