Pet care experience
I’m currently going to Murray State to become a Vet Technician. I have loved animals my entire life. My friends and family have asked me many times to watch their animals and the animals and I always have a blast. I work at a pet store caring for reptiles, fish, and small animals. I absolutely love it.

Kaitlyn always shows love and takes great care of my 3 Australian Shepherds. She is dependable and follows directions to a tee. I know my pups are in good heads with Kaitlyn!
Kaitlyn has been our family's go to dog sitter for years. She is great! Always on time and loves our animals like her own, going the extra mile to play and love on them before she leaves. She even helps with our exotic amphibians when we go on vacation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I want to make sure your animals stay as comfortable as possible. I know some pets can be weary of new people, so being in their own space, making them more comfortable with me is very important. I have a certification with Fear Free, so they have taught me many ways to keep an animal comfortable. Any rules that you may have will be followed directly and efficiently.

I would like to know if the dog is taking any special medication or needs accommodations. I would also like to know the dogs temperament. (if it pulls on walks, can’t be around other dogs/animals, aggressive, hyper)
A typical day
Your pet would have lots of stimulation. Getting to play with toys or play games. Getting to walk campus and smell all the smells. Fun fact; Scrolling for us on social media is the same for a dog getting to smell things on a walk. It releases the same dopamine chemical. A pets happiness is very important.

Availability
I work with animals everyday. Whether that be dog, cat, fish, hamster, rat, snake, lizard, or spider (and so many more). I feed them, bathe them, make sure all heating and lighting is correct at all time, and just generally making sure the health of the animals is good. And this also includes cleaning up after them.
