From the very beginning, I have always had a dog by my side. My family definitely considers us all "dog people", and we honestly cannot get enough of our two wonderful dogs, Farley (Golden Retriever) & Max (Lhasa apso). Throughout my years, especially within the last 5, I have gotten a chance to work with a variety of animals including dogs, cats, and alpacas (yes, I worked on an alpaca farm!). The experience I have gained over the years has been how to do daily care giving (feeding, walks, potty breaks), administer medication (I have done everything from shots, oral medications, and even how to give a pet an IV), and of course, play!
