Giving Kaitlyn 2 stars because she showed up, fed the cat, cleaned the kitty litter and topped off water dish. Only 2 stars because 1) her profile is misleading as she is not currently a Vet Tech and doesn’t live in St Marys;, 2) While we were paying for 30 minute visits that would consist of all of the above plus some interaction with the cat including playtime, she only stayed for a total of 7 minutes each visit; 3) Indicated we could do a work around Rover by paying cash which would expose us to liability as there would be no Insurance Coverage; 4) we asked her to come by each day for a 5pm feeding time but she never showed up before 7:15pm.

Kaitlyn is the absolute best!!! This was the first time I’ve ever used this service and I’m so happy I stumbled upon Kaitlyn. She came over twice to meet with my big anxious furbaby just to make sure they were familiar with each other. She made sure to update me every day on how tater did on her walk and how her demeanor was. Tater took very well to Kaitlyn and that really put my mind at ease to know she was with someone she liked. I highly highly highly recommend using her for all your pet needs!!!
