Our dogs are our fur babies. We love them with all of our heart and always make sure they have the best. We’ve never really been in a position to have to leave them with a sitter until we moved away from home. We don’t have the ability to take them with us when we go back and visit and so we needed a sitter. This was so hard because we don’t just want anyone taking care of our babies. They’re our children too!! We wanted someone to love and care for them just as we would. We saw the way that Kaitlyn took great care of her own pets, and how she loved them. She also mentioned to us that she wants to be a veterinarian!! So we introduced her to our dogs and they adored her from day 1. I can not recommend Kaitlyn enough. There are people who love animals and there are people who LOVE animals. Kaitlyn LOVES animals and it’s very apparent in the way that she cares for them. Her connections with our dogs have been the perfect balance of play, discipline, and routine. We always get status updates, pictures and videos. She goes above and beyond for them and us without hesitation. (i.e. When we had the mandatory evacuation for Dorian, my daughter( age 1) and myself were sick and my husband had to stay back due to his job with the Air Force. It was very difficult to be sick in a hotel with two very large dogs and a baby. Kaitlyn brought her own dog and came and stayed in the hotel with us for a couple of days so that she could take care of our dogs while I focused on myself and our daughter). We can’t express how thankful we were and still are. It puts our hearts at ease when we go on a long trip or will even just be out of the house for more than a couple of hours. We ended up just giving her a key because that’s how trustworthy, responsible, and dependable she is. She’s been a sitter for our dogs now for about 3 years. Knowing how great she is with them provides us with a sense of security we can’t even explain. We know they’re in such good hands and it allows us to be able to take more trips or spend more time out of our house because we know our fur babies are safe, loved and happy.
