This is the second time I have booked Kaitlyn to walk my pup and she has been amazing! She responds to my messages quickly and has brought packages inside for me. She also, sends me photos, which I love. I would highly recommend her. She has been a lifesaver, it’s nice to know that my dog is being well taken care of while I’m at work.

Unfortunately, I won’t book Kaitlyn again. We were not happy with what we came home to after our trip. She couldn’t be bothered to tidy the litter boxes for my two kitties. There was poop/pee all over the nearby floors, to the point my cats peed outside the litter box (which is unusual). I left litter pads to change out, so I’m unsure why there was extra left sitting on the counter. Cats deserve a clean space to do their “chores”. I don’t ask for much and there’s not much to do to take care for cats obviously. Maybe my instructions weren't clear enough - I just assumed it was common sense and mostly a courtesy when in someone's home to straighten up some. She also did not stay for the allotted time according to the check ins on the app. Just a quick in and out, so I’m not sure the kitties even got any love or attention. These are things a pet owner likes to know when away almost a week – I didn’t get any updates like that whatsoever. I also had no idea when Kaitlyn would plan to do her check-ins as sometimes it would be close to 7 hours after my requested time. It would be pointless to even pay for the check-in service, as we were almost home. The purpose of my review is to just leave an honest review – not a bad one, in hopes it helps someone else.
