I have been dog sitting since I was 13 and since have handled lots of different sizes and temperaments. I have also worked for a dog daycare and a dog grooming service seasonally. I also have two years of experience volunteer at Cara’s House and now approaching a year with Take Paws. I have also shadowed veterinarians at Ascension Animal Hospital and cared for sick/special needs animals.

I would highly recommend Kaitlyn to become a dog sitter. It's amazing to watch how much love she has for these animals. She has worked with them both at a lodging facility and as a wonderful pet sitter. She is and would be a wonderful dog sitter.

A typical day
I will usually give a dog’s interest in where we go take priority while also keeping in mind their safety and well-being. I am very familiar with most of the New Orleans but I love to take dogs to both regular parks as well as dog parks. Since walking dogs for Take Paws, I am well aware and trained in how to make sure your pet is safe and happy.

Availability
I have a lot of free time as a student and can usually do anything after 5 pm. I can also do anytime except 1-2 pm on Wednesdays. I am also typically free during the daytime on weekends.
