Pet care experience
Hello! I absolutely love dogs and have experience caring for them my whole life! I grew up with a Dalmatian, Bandit, and then at 11 I got a yellow lab, Rocky. My current dog is another yellow lab named Kylo. My grandma lived with and had a Bichon that we cared for until he passed away. I've pet sat many other dogs with my family growing up such as Britney's, Australian Shepards, Cane Corsos, German Shepards, Maltese, Springer Spaniels and many more. I’ve posted pictures on my profile with most of them. As you can see I have experience with dogs of all sizes and personalities. I don't mind just sitting and petting your dog all day or if they want to run around playing fetch! It is my responsibility to care for the needs of each dog and I would love a chance to care for yours(:

Kaitlyn was, as always, supportive while we travelled out of state. Kaitlyn cared for our Stella along with her Golden Lab Kylo, both of which had a good time together. Under Kaitlyn's care, Stella experienced fun, safety, and the ability to play outdoors as always. Kaitlyn also administered meds to our Stella and continued to be a highly responsible doggie care taker. She continues to be highly recommended. Thank you Kaitlyn.
Our getaway to the Delaware seashore coastline required that Stella be cared for once again during our absence. Again, we were fortunate to have Stella under the care of Kaitlyn D. Other than Kaitlyn's own Golden Lab, Kylo, another (young) Lab joined both Kylo and Stella making a compatible trio as they kept each other entertained as well. Photos of the pups were sent to us while we were away and clearly showed that Stella was romping and playing with the other two and having an enjoyable time. Our top priority is to ensure that Stella is kept safe as she is now 9 years old, yet can still hold her own with some of the larger, younger dogs. Kaitlyn does an admirable job of "dog matching" while safe-guarding Stella during her stay. We continue to look to Kaitlyn as the degree of care, understanding and communication that she brings to her job is very important to us. Kaitlyn remains highly recommended.
Quite suddenly, we found ourselves having to travel a significant distance due to a family crises in another state. Time was of the essence and Kaitlyn, once again, was there to support us. We then hurried with transmitting our boarding details to Kaitlyn who quickly arranged to care for our Lab, Stella, as she has done several times before. Again, Stella needed certain medication every day and Kaitlyn carefully administered that as requested. What makes Kaitlyn so special is her ability to take her role seriously, bonding with her charges and letting them know she is there to comfort, protect, and care for their needs as well as allowing them to be dogs as well. Each and every time we arrive to retrieve Stella, she simply wants to continue to hang out and play in her Border's home, a good sign that Stella has been a very happy pup under Kaitlyn's care. Needless to say, we have been very pleased with the manner in which Kaitlyn gives of herself to her charges and it shows in how Stella behaves with her as well!
We were very pleased, once again, to have Kaitlyn care for our Lab, Stella due to our travelling to the West Coast. Kaitlyn's Golden Lab, Kylo and Stella know each other which made it all the more enjoyable for both dogs. Stella is still in the final recovery phase following a torn ACL; Kaitlyn, with much patience, cared for her accordingly, ensuring that Stella avoided any new injuries to her leg. Stella also needed to finish her meds and Kaitlyn attended to that as well. Our feeding plan was also followed as requested. Kaitlyn continues to be our Go-To doggie care-taker due to her calm deameanor, patience, affection, communication skills, and providing her charges with a fun yard and roomy accomodations. Photos of Stella along with daily reports were received as always. Kaitlyn is again, very highly recommended. Thank you Kaitlyn!

A typical day for the dogs I watch depend on each pets personality. Some dogs have less energy and just feel more comfortable laying on the couch getting pets all day, others need to play fetch or run around for hours! Whatever your dog loves to do I will provide to the best of my ability.

My work schedule is very flexible so I am available for weekday boarding and other services. I understand the attention dogs need and I am able to provide that for them.
