I have over a 100 hours of dog walking at a local shelter. I have also been a dog owner my whole life and have learned many training techniques. I worked with many types of dogs and sizes of dogs during this time. This includes many dogs who have struggled with different levels of people and dog anxiety. I try to work with these dogs to slowly increase their amounts of contact, but never put myself, another person or dog in the way. Though, I always enjoy giving and getting love from any dog. It brings a smile to my face on any type of day. During that experience and time with my own dogs, I have learned the varied interest of dogs to different toys and treats. I will work to understand these in all dogs I care for on Rover.
