Pet care experience
I have successfully owned everything from dogs and cats to horses and lizards. I have experience working at a shelter for dogs and cats of all ages from seniors to bottle-fed babies that require around the clock care as a foster where I would care for puppies and kittens in my home. I have also fostered medical cases including animals suffering from diabetes, hernias, and injuries. At the shelter I was responsible for maintaining medication and feeding schedules, cleaning up after them, and providing enrichment and play time. This also gave me experience handling and working with feral and aggressive animals. I also have veterinary experience where I have administered medications, subq fluids, baths, and nail trims.

I am active and love going for walks and hikes when it is nice outside so getting your dogs energy out will always be taken care of! But I can also enjoy a good movie if your lap dog or cat would enjoy that better. I can administer any needed medications or follow a strict diet for your animal as mine require it.

A typical day
I love doing treat puzzles and enrichment activities with animals as well as lots of playtime. I’m very active and am always up for a run, hike, or walk. I love taking my dog to Eagle Creek for a swim or playing fetch in the grass!

Availability
I am a proud dog and cat mom to my two babies Atlas and Olive. So I already work my schedules around making sure they are taken care of. My boyfriend and I will often work opposite schedules where at least one of us is home almost all day. I am currently in classes and am free on the weekends to spend time with my pets and yours too!
