Pet care experience
I have taken care of animals of all species my whole life, from dogs/cats to lizards and pigs. I love them all and treat them all like my own. I spent 2 years working in a vet ER so am knowledgeable on medical needs of pets as well as when something isn’t right with them. I also have hand raised and bottle fed kittens and puppies.

Katy dog sits for me when I go out of town. I call her an animal whisperer, as I have one skittish dog and he goes right to her. Both of my dogs get so excited when they see her. She cares deeply for all animals and it shows.
Kaitlyn has been watching my dog Zeus for me for years and I couldn't ask for anyone better to care for him when I am away. She doesn't just take of your pet she treats them as if they are her own.It can be hard to leave your pet sometimes because they are our family members but I am always reassured to know that Zeus is getting the best possible care because he is with Kaitlyn!
Kaitlyn has watched our pets several times. She is so caring and loving towards them. My dog has horrible separation anxiety so it's good to know he is always loved on and treated with care when she is with him.

I always stay for a few hours at a time when just doing visits to take them outside to potty and make sure they eat and then I play with them and give them all the love they want. I treat each pet as if it were my own.

I would want to know if your dog has any special needs of medical concerns and how they do with strangers, like if they are usually timid at first or not. Also if there is something they are afraid of, like thunder storms or anything else.
A typical day
I adapt with the animal I’m with. Some dogs are playful so we will spend the day playing fetch or tug of war and for the ones who aren’t into that and prefer snuggles and belly rubs I’m there for that too! I also know sometimes a dog just needs to get used to someone before being their complete open self with them so I always let the animal kind of pick what it is we are doing depending on their comfort level and do what I can to make them comfortable with me.

I have open availability on Saturday’s and Sundays as those are my off days. My work schedule is 8am-5pm so I can do evenings during weekdays as well.
