Henri had a great stay with Kaitlin! I also appreciated how prompt she always was to reply to my messages, and the fact that she came to pick up Henri and drop him off was a huge time and stress saver :) Thanks Kaitlin, we look forward to seeing you again!

My name is Lawrence W. White MD, 516 Arballo, San Francisco, 94132. I recently used the services of Kaitlin D, who came to me via Rover. The services were completely unsatisfactory, and I will not use her again. Kaitlin picked up my dog, Thor, on Thursday Dec 20. Information about Thor, age 1 1/2 was given to her by my son at that time. Approximately three hours after picking him up, she left a voice message stating that she had changed her mind and would be returning him. Since I was on my way out of town and had no alternate arrangements in place, I did not return the call. She phoned twice more, leaving messages, that "your dog is not trained", "he is pooping and peeing in my house", he is chewing up my roomates clothes". I had left for my vacation at these times. For the record, Thor is trained, and does not soil the floors indoors. Of course, he needs to be let out periodically. And as a puppy, he does chew things. This had been explained to Kaitlin, with the need to remove clothing and other chewable items from the floor or other accessible areas. On Saturday Dec 29, the day before our scheduled return, I again got a call that she was bringing Thor over immediately. This time, I spoke with her, pointed out that per contract, I was still away. She was nasty but agreed to delay returning Thor until Sunday. When she returned Thor, she was nasty, vulgar, used profanity, etc. Thor had lost weight and was dehydrated. Needless to say, I hope this is not typical of Rover.com. I also hope you adequately review those who are dog caretakers on your service. Those like Kaitlin who mistreat dogs, renege on commitments, treat customers with contempt, should not be part of your service. Lawrence W. White MD
