My name is Kaitlin and I studied animal biology at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. I have been pet sitting and dog walking since I got my driver's license. I spent two years interning at a veterinary clinic and worked as their head kennel technician. I spent three years working at a doggie daycare and ended up their longest term employee and doing all the jobs - front desk, dog bathing, and handling. I learn something new from dogs every day and love it! The rest of my resume is filled up with wildlife education and conservation. I worked for the National Park Service in the interpretation department and cared for the education animals, including snakes. My job also involved traveling to schools and other organizations and creating educational programs.
