Pet care experience
I am a former high school teacher, current stay at home mom. I grew up around animals my entire life including chickens, ducks, turkeys, goats, dogs, and cats! Yes I am willing to discuss other pets! One of my labs growing up was diabetic and it was my responsibility to be sure she got her insulin injections regularly. I am comfortable caring for pets with needs such as this. For sure, my best skills are dependability and communication. I’ve grown up my whole life with animals and I am usually the dependable neighbor called upon to check in on houses and pet sit. I have a flexible schedule and I’m happy to help! I am a loving mama to a one year old large, strong lab puppy, 4 hermit crabs and 3 energetic kids. I’ve taken my own pup through training and have a tremendous amount of patience.

Kaitlin has watched our high energy dog and he always comes back happy and tired! She has experience with large dogs, small dogs, diabetic dogs and everything in between. She is readily available and responds quickly to communication. I have known her for over a decade now and trust her with all my animals.

I am not certified to train dogs, but I have patience to maintain the routine you are already working with. I am also an amazing communicator and I like to take pictures with puppy updates.

A typical day
I love to walk walk walk! I’m happy to play fetch, give love, explore the neighborhood with pup, and provide fresh water and or food. My own dog is very food motivated so I am very comfortable promoting good walking behavior and habits with small treats if desired.

Availability
I am willing to walk any day during lunch time except Wednesdays. On Wednesdays I am available before 10am or after 4. I have early morning, late night, and other day time availability as well. Let’s talk and work out a good schedule!
