Pet care experience
I have been pet and house sitting for family and friends for over 15 years. I enjoy all animals and have cared for dogs, cats, and even reptiles but prefer to pet sit with single pet families so I can enjoy spending quality time with the animal. I am able to give medications, and have experience with administering eye drops, ear drops, and pills. I am able to follow diet or other specific requests for your pet and am used to caring for elderly, injured, or post operative animals.

Kaitlin watches my pocket pitbull whenever I go out of town and I can tell she is spoiled while I’m gone. My girl immediately took to her and that’s all I need to feel secure leaving her with someone.
Kaitlin has taken care of our two shitzus more times than I can count. From puppy to their now elderly age she always provided the care they needed. Kaitlin is reliable and has a love for animals that makes you feel secure leaving your pet.

I have a fully fenced yard that is 1/4 acre and great for playing fetch or frisbee. We recently had to put down our family dog and I’m looking to take care of pets that can bring that joy of an animal back into our home. I have experience with large and small dogs 5-100lb as well as cats. Your pet will be able to roam our home freely and does not need to be crated unless requested to maintain routine/comfortability. We allow animals on the furniture and really anywhere as they integrate into our daily life. I will only be taking clients for single pet families at this time so your pet will not be exposed to any other animal and pets with animal aggression are accepted.

A typical day
Our neighborhood has a lot of large oak trees and a walking path good for squirrel watching. When we’re not outside in the backyard or on a walk your pet will likely be comfy on the couch. In the summer we have fun and cool off with our doggy pool and the hose. Please let me know if your pet does not like water.

Availability
I am able to work remotely with a flexible schedule that allows me to to be home with your pets and let them out often. For boarding I am available for drop off and pickup between the hours of 7am and 8pm. If you need times outside of this please include in your request and note I may not be able to accept.
