Hi! I’m Kaitlin and I would love to take care of your furbaby. I have over 14 years of experience watching a variety of animals. Each and every one of the animals I have watched has a special place in my heart. I’ll make sure to treat your pet as if it were my own. I'm certified in pet CPR & first aid and I'm also insured. I'm accredited in dog to dog aggression, dog and cat behavior problems, and rattlesnake avoidance training. I just finished my schooling for dog training. I have experience giving oral medication and subcutaneous fluids to animals. I specialize in cats and dogs that have behavior problems or anxiety. The experience I have with dogs includes, but is not limited to: blind, deaf, anxious, those in need of daily medication (including fluids) and senior dogs. The experience I have with cats includes, but is not limited to: deaf, missing eye, missing leg, anxious, aggressive, those in need of daily medication, newborn kittens, orphaned kittens and senior cats. The other types of animals I have watched include, but not limited to: ferrets, snakes, lizards, birds, guinea pigs, chickens, horses, fish and rats. With me your furbabies will get lots of love and attention. I'll follow your exact instructions on how to care for them so that I don't cause you and them any stress or anxiety. I can also take care of basic household jobs during my visit. For example: watering the plants, bringing in the mail, rotating which lights/blinds are open, etc. I'll care for your pet as if they were my own and give you regular updates so that you know they are in good hands. I never charge extra on holidays, weekends or if you have a puppy/special needs pet. I'd be honored if you gave me the opportunity to care for your pets!

Kaitlin is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to care for our dog while we were away, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She also was able to point us to local resources as we are first time dog owners and our dog can be a handful!
Kaitlyn has been our pet sitter for at least 5 years. At one point we had 2 dogs, one who was deaf, and a cat. They would get so excited each time she came. She followed our feeding and supplement instructions exactly as written. She would send us pictures of the animals curled up on her or the couch. We now have 2 dogs and these 2 also love her. We never worry about them. She is very dependable. She doesn't like leaving the dogs in their kennel for longer than 3 hours even tho they can be in there much longer. We really like Kaitlyn and will continue to ask her to pet sit for as long as she will. She really is an animal lover and cares very much about them.

I have a pet first aid kit with me. I make sure that your dog never goes outside without me so that I can always keep an eye on him/her. When I walk your dog, I have a heavy duty belt that I wear. Your dog is attached to it so that they can't run away during our walk.

Does your dog or cat need medication or to be fed at a specific time? Is there anything that scares your pet or that they don’t like (For example children, loud noises, etc.)? Is your pet fully vaccinated and fixed? Has your pet shown aggression towards humans? Does your pet have a disease that can be transferred to another animal?
A typical day
Dog walking and drop-in visits: Your dog and I will take walks around your neighborhood and the local parks. In the summer time I take the dogs to pet stores so that they can still get a walk, but in the air conditioning rather than the heat. We will also play tug-of-war, fetch, and have lots of belly rubs. If I'm coming to take care of your cat I will make sure that they also get playtime and snuggles. While I'm at your house I can also bring in mail, water plants, give your pet food or meds and any other light house care you may need done.
