Hi there – my name is Kat, and I’ve taken care of dogs and cats my whole life. I have worked at a vet clinic in the past, and I bring everything I learned there with me when I look after your animals. I take any (and all) opportunities to snuggle and play with the animals I look after. I will love your four legged family members with everything I have. I am reliable, trustworthy, and friendly. I wish I could have a dog of my own, but due to my living situation (small basement suite), it’s sadly not the right time for me. I love having the opportunity through Rover. Any and all instructions you leave for me will be followed with the utmost care to keep your family member happy!

Kaitlin cared for our Bernedoodle (and our home) for a three week period and she was phenomenal. Kaitlin went out of her way to make sure that we were comfortable before leaving on our trip. Her regular communications were so much fun to see and our pooch and home were in excellent condition when we returned. She is a very warm, caring and responsible sitter who we highly recommend. I try not to alter any schedules when I look after your dog or cat. Ideally, they will be walked at the usual time, fed at the usual time etc. I have found that keeping the same schedule really helps your pet adjust to change.

A typical day
I would love to take your pup hiking as well! My partner and I like to hike recreationally (nothing too hard!), so we would always like another hiking partner!

Availability
I work a 7am-3pm shift Wednesday-Saturday. Rover is just a good way to get my animal fix in! As much as I adore my 3 cats, I love meeting new animals, and forming new bonds.
