Pet care experience
My husband and I are huge dog lovers and have a corgi named Bennie. We recently bought our first home and are excited to host dogs and have a playmate for Bennie. In addition to caring for our own dog and growing up with pets, we've hosted lots of family and friends' pups. -Dogs will go on morning and evening walks (plus visits to a nearby dog park if you are comfortable with that). -Dogs are welcome to sleep wherever is most comfortable for them. -We both work full-time, Monday-Friday, and keep our dog in our den when we are gone with plenty of toys and water (otherwise he would probably stand and bark out the windows all day :)). We also have a finished basement if your dog would prefer to be separate from ours. -We do not have a fenced in yard but we use tie-outs and go on lots of walks. -There are no children or other pets in the home.

Our dog stayed with Kailey, her husband, and their Corgie, for a week while we were on Spring Break. They were wonderful. They went above and beyond to accommodate to his senior needs, took great care of him, and kept in daily contact with us while we were gone. Cannot recommend highly enough!
If I could describe Kailey as a dog owner, she is THE BEST! She treats her own dog with compassion and care, as well as other dogs she encounters. Whenever we meet at the dog park, she comes prepared with a water bottle for her corgi Bennie and a backpack of any supplies and treats she may need. She has watched our dog, Lulu, several times and it is always a pleasant experience for not only us as owners, but for Lulu as well. She comes back home happy and tired...what more can you ask?! We feel so comforted knowing that our precious pup is in great hands. Kailey is reliable, responsible, and always up for having lots of fun with the dogs! I could not recommend anyone else more than Kailey to care for your dog...she will absolutely treat him or her as if your pup was her own!
