Pet care experience
Animals have always been a part of my life and I found a passion for helping look after other people's pets at a young age. I used to take care of a few neighbourhood dogs and cats when owners were away on vacation, and I also had a consistent walking schedule with a few of the dogs. I continued to look after dogs in college, and helped a roommate raise her Golden Retriever puppy my senior year. I had a family cat for 15 years, and more recently raised a Husky-Shepard puppy of my own. I have had experience administering medication, and dealing with a wide assortment of breeds.

Kaila is considerate, reliable, and very easy to work with. She took amazing care of our two elderly dogs, who have been missing her since she left. We would absolutely recommend her to others, especially if you are anxious about leaving your pets.

Beforehand I would love to know any specific issues or behavioural quirks of your pet for I can better care for them. It is very helpful to know their usually routine and schedule, any favourite games and treats, and certain commands/tricks I can practice with them too.
A typical day
I love to go on walks in the neighbourhood or the near-by dog park! I will make sure your pet gets the exercise they need, in whatever form works best for them.

I am lucky enough to have a flexible work schedule, which leaves me lots of availability to take care of your pets needs. I am more than willing to do early morning drop ins/walks or later in the evening if needed. I want what is best for your pet's routine and also yours!
