When Kaila dropped off our puppy she informed us Lulu started limping near the end of their walk and she didn’t know why. Lulu didn’t use her leg the rest of the day so I took her to the vet the following day. Upon examination, the first thing the vet asked was if her foot had been stepped on. After xrays were taken I was told that Tallulah had three broken bones in her foot and that she was going to be in a cast for a month. No running, jumping, or long walks. My dog is only three months old. A baby. Kaila had walked Lulu before so she was familiar with her behavior. Kaila is a professional, and I trusted her to take good care of my furbaby. She said she was listening to music and might not have heard what happened. I was really surprised to hear that. I would think listening to music would make it harder to be alert and aware of your surroundings. This would especially apply to walking a puppy- they’re all over the place, rambunctious, and eat everything in sight. I completely understand that accidents happen but this accident caused a pretty significant injury and to claim to not know what happened is either even more grossly negligent or a lie. I will say that when I told Kaila that Tallulah’s foot was broken she apologized and paid the vet bill, which I appreciated.

Kaila has been absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s handled a couple last minute schedule changes very graciously and I really appreciated her flexibility. She always responds to her messages promptly and has a sunny disposition. Most importantly, our pup loves her ❤️
