Pet care experience
(Please note that I travel by bike and requests outside a radius of ~3.5 miles are usually not feasible. Thank you for understanding!) My mom is also a sitter on Rover! I’ve helped her with her assignments such as dog walking, drop-in visits, and boarding in our house. I learned from her the ins and outs of caring for all kinds of dogs, including dogs with special needs. I’ve given dogs special medicines and helped care for a senior dog who is both blind and deaf.

A typical day
I love to take the dogs to any of the nearby state parks! If they can handle it, I also love to take them to dog parks to meet other dogs and play with them. The more places that a dog is exposed to (ex: the beach, the town, hiking trails), the better!

Availability
Rover will be my primary source of income both while I am at college (Lancaster, PA) and at home (Hamden, CT), so I am available nearly all the time! My schedule flexibility allows for last minute jobs and late night stays. I am also able to do time slots that other sitters may not be able to do, such as walking a dog or checking on them during the workday.
