Pet care experience
I have been a lover of animals ever since I was a kid and have had dogs and cats my whole life. I currently have four fun loving pets of my own: a husky name Titus, a german spats named Mya, a dauschund-pitt mix named Bolt and an american short hair tuxedo cat named Gimli. I have experience with all ages as most of our dogs we have had for their whole lives and are now gracefully entering their senior years.

Kaelyn is terrific; so attentive and warm. My dogs took to her without hesitation. Kaelyn sent plenty of pictures. This was the first time my dogs were separated from family and it was clear from the photos that Kaelyn took good care of them. I recommend her wholeheartedly..

The most important things to know ahead of time are any special medical needs they may have, allergies, and their overall temperament by themselves as well as around other animals of different types. Every pet is unique, so it’s important to know all of their corks in order to best personalize their care.
A typical day
With my own dogs, they are all very different in their activity desires. One of my dogs LOVES puzzle games and gets a lot out of them. My dauschund however has more fun doing snuffle mats or playing fetch and tug of war. Titus, our husky, is a senior who has slowed down a lot but really loves to snuggle and play “catch me if you can!”. Our cat is very into teasers and lovesss chasing them around the house and up there cat tree. I believe that every pet is different in their needs and I am happy to adjust for their unique needs.

Availability
As a newly graduated nurse, I spend a lot of time at home studying for my new job. So, what better way to spend my time then with your furr babies while I do that. I work as an O.R. Nurse in downtown chicago and have a very predictable 8hr shift schedule which makes fitting in your babies very easy!
