Kaci and Jeff treated Cappie like he was a member of their family. We really appreciated the daily updates - we even got our first Rover videos! Because she was taking such good care of Cappie, we were able to enjoy our trip without any worries. When we returned home, were met with an excited Yorkie who didn't want to leave. He was clean, happy, well fed and the only sadness he had was that he had to come home from his week away. Would trust Kaci with Cappie again in a heartbeat.

Kaci took great care of Viggo when my friend who regularly watches my pets was unavailable. It was great to get regular updates and pictures of his stay as well. Would highly recommend her to take care of your pets and will look for her availability in the future if my friend is unable to watch my pets.
