My family has always had dogs and cats, and I've owned several dogs myself. Not only do I love animals, I love being active, and would be so excited to get to take dogs for walks and play with them all day. I have a flexible schedule and a reliable car, so I can be accommodating. I would also love to watch cats! I have kitties of my own, so I understand how hard it is to leave them to go out of town, and how important it is for animals to get plenty of attention, love, and care.
