First, Justine appeared to be a kind and compassionate person when we met her and our dog and two cats were alive and unharmed when we returned. However, we were disappointed in the care. We were away for 10 days and in the one update we received, she said everything was good and that the dog was having normal potty habits on walks. When we returned we found over a weeks works of poop in the yard, which concerned us that the dog was not going on his daily walks. There was a big hole in cushion on the sofa, and when I asked her about it she said she did not notice the hole but said the dog "kept grabbing the pillow in his mouth and humping and scratching at it every night I even have a video of him doing it because it was pretty funny ". We also had specific instructions on feeding the cats because one eats the other cat's food, which weren't followed. We're pretty laid back with our animals and I don't really feel comfortable leaving a review like this but for $100/day, we were expecting better.
