Who better to look after your dog than someone who is frequently referred to as a golden retriever by her friends? Happy, energetic, and with a great love of animals and the outdoors, I can certainly guarantee a lively and enjoyable time for your dog! I am a recent college graduate currently filling my schedule with various part-time jobs, looking to engage more with animals and the outdoors. My schedule allows me incredible flexibility, so I am available to walk, check-in, or sit with dogs as frequently as need be. I will gladly accommodate your pet's individual needs to ensure that both you and he/she are completely happy and comfortable. I grew up with many cats and one wonderful dog, but always had an extra soft spot in my heart for the dog. From caring for him through all his life phases, from an energetic puppy to a friendly adolescent to a leash-aggressive and nervous adult to ultimately a content senior, I am familiar with and comfortable handling many different dog personalities.

Justine was so great with Aurora! She was very patient with her and took her out frequently. Aurora has a lot of energy, but and I am glad that Justine was able to care for her properly and give her the attention she needs. I will definitely be reaching out again the next time I am out of time and am looking for a superb dog sitter.
Justine was fantastic! When she came over for a meet and greet before we finalized booking, my dog, Ernie, took to her right away. She took directions very well and was totally competent with some last minute changes that we hadn't gone over during the meet and greet, one of which being that she needed to administer medicine to Ernie. She was also fantastic about checking in and sending me pics of him throughout the time she was watching him. It was such a relief to know he was in good hands! I will definitely hire Justine again.
Justine is a responsible, rational person who has an excellent record taking care of not only dogs but all animals. A pet owner for 17 years, Justine is not only comfortable around animals but clearly genuinely enjoys spending time with them.

I understand the importance of routine and familiarity in an animal's day-to-day activities, and would not want to cause it anymore stress than it must already be feeling away from its owner. Knowing these things about the dog beforehand would best prepare me for the time I would spend with it.
A typical day
Dogs on a stay with me will enjoy all the activities they are used to enjoying with you! Based on my conversation with the dog owner, I will walk the dogs to all their familiar and favorite spots, parks, or waterfronts! So as to not disrupt, confuse, or stress the dog I'm watching while its owners are away, I will try and maintain the dog's normal routine as best as possible.
