Pet care experience
Hey y’all! I recently moved to Tampa from Pensacola and am getting back into providing my dogsitting services through Rover. I boarded dogs in my home daily in New Orleans throughout 2020 and 2021, while providing doggy day care, drop-in visits, and dog waking. Currently, I work a 9-5 but am home full time after 5 and on weekends! We live in an apartment with a large walking path, fenced dog park, and even a pet spa! I adore animals & love to incorporate them into my day anyway possible! I have extensive experience with medication administration and am comfortable with whatever additional needs your pet requires! Cannot recommend Justine enough. She is the best - professional, reliable, flexible and communicative. Most importantly, she loves animals and treats them like her own. She’s helped us when we were in a bind and needed a sitter and my two pups adore her.
We cannot say enough great things about Justine and Fran! Our two pups are a little shy and take some time to warm up to new faces. Justine was so patient and sweet to our girls, they seemed to warm up in no time. They really seem like dog pros! Justine sent plenty of pictures and updates throughout their stay which reassured us that all was going well. Justine will be our go-to for all of our visits to New Orleans going forward.
Justine was great! Had great communication and took good care of Marley. We will definitely send Marley back to her the next time we travel.

I have a beagle who is quite the escape artist, so I am extra cautious when closing doors and locking gates. Additionally, I am comfortable with most harnesses and safety mechanisms on leashes.

Please let me know if the pet needs a harness and/or leash change (i.e. prong collar during walks). Additionally, please let me know if any fears the pet may have (i.e. recycling bins on walks, other dogs, etc).
A typical day
Most of the time, my drop-in visits or walk begin with lots of scratches and snuggles! I usually allow a few minutes for the pet to approach me since I am entering their home. We usually take a nice walk, have a treat, and allow lots of time for exploring!

I am currently a full time graduate student through the distance program at the University of Florida… go gators! I am flexible on dates and times for visits due to my asynchronous course schedule.
