I will never LEAVE MY DOG WITH JUSTIN AND HIS WIFE AGAIN! And I will leave this review for others to be aware! I booked with Justin a week before I left to get MARRIED! Two days before it was time for me to bring my dog he accepted two other dogs after we discussed that my dog needs to be the only dog. I told him I was uncomfortable but what else could I do I was literally flying out in 8 hours. As I’m getting into my car to bring her he canceled. I called and I’m like how can you do this like I leave first thing in the morning. His response he was scared about me being uncomfortable. Then he agrees to watchman dog. I get her there if he wouldn’t have had the other two dogs on leashes I’m not sure what would have happen Bc they were so aggressive after he told me the owners said they weren’t. Then he says no worries they will sleep outside 😳 I’m like my dog is an inside dog and cannot stay outside! She is a 140lb Great Dane with bad allergies. He said not your dog these two! The entire time I was gone I had to beg for pictures! We got into it bc he sent me a pic of her in the front seat of a car! SHE IS 140lbs all legs. Next day back seat of the car! Until I asked him why is she always in the car where are you taking her! It makes me uncomfortable. Are you bringing her somewhere what’s going on? He didn’t respond for two hours and when he did it was picture of my dog laying on her bed! My trip was a trip to Houston and me and my wife are stuck here from the winter storm bc flights keep getting cancelled! He accepts the rebook to keep her then sends me a text saying his wife doesn’t want dogs in the house! I said fine I will find a rover could you at least get her there! He send a text back saying he was in Utah and his wife didn’t want to bring her so she will just keep her😑 I luckily found a rover who understood my issue and sent her husband over to get my dog right away! He still hasn’t canceled the stay! He is a fraud and I would not trust my animal with him! He is the one who does all the talking and is the one who is supposed to be taking care of the pets and HE DOESNT!!!

Great people! My puppy realy enjoyed her stay at Justins! I felt that they treated her like family I will definitely use them them again! They were extremely accommodating.
