Pet care experience
I am currently accepting new fur-clients in North Van! My family and I have recently moved to the North Shore and I love spending time on the incredible trails on our doorstep. We have done lots of dog-sitting through Rover and it has been such a fantastic experience for me and my family. We adore dogs but as we travel a lot we’ve decided not to keep one of our own. We always had a dog growing up, so I'm super comfortable with them, and I've been teaching my kids good 'petting etiquette' since they were young. I'm affectionate with dogs and I love to get down on their level, but I'm also the boss, and encourage good behaviour. I work from home so your dog will get lots of attention. I'm happy to take your instructions if your dog has any special requirements. Please read my reviews from past clients as I feel this is the best way to gauge my suitability for your your dog.

Justin and his family did a great job making sure my sensitive, shy dog felt very comfortable in their home. I received lots of great photos, which really helped being away from my pup.
Justin was great!!! As Buddy is an older dog Justin was patient with his "moods" and was guided by how Buddy was feeling. I got pictures and updates daily. Justin only has one dog at a time which is perfect for our situation. If Justin was unsure of something (ie is Buddy ok in the car) he would contact me and ask rather than put Buddy in an uncomfortable situation (Buddy loves the car BTW). I felt that Buddy was in a safe, secure and loving environment. Justin even checked on Buddy after we brought him home. Would definitely book Justin again. Thank you!!!

A typical day
We are blessed to live close to some amazing hiking trails and it would be my pleasure to take your dog with me. We will also take frequent short walks in the neighbourhood.

I am currently studying for my Masters in Counselling, and I am in class 9-5 Thursday and Friday. On those days my wife works from home, so your dog will never be lonely.
