Very friendly. My dogs were happy and even had new treats/toys to play with. They even smelt great when I picked them up. There was only two instances I had an issue with using this sitter. One time during my pets stay, I got a message not pertaining to my pets but instead about my travel plans, whether it was ok for me to travel in the first place, which I didn't expect nor felt the need to entertain that answer, but did anyway though I was busy out of state. Hence, unable to take my dogs. The second issue was that I arrived 20 minutes before my scheduled pick up time (7) though I placed 6:30-8:30 as the arrival slot, and after multiple calls, messages, even contacting Rover to communicate on my behalf, did he finally answer the door. It was roughly 2 hours later and my children were in the vehicle and a bad storm was coming. I needed to get back to our home to beat the storm and unpack from my trip and be ready for work the next day. Needless to say, on the ride home, we got caught in a hail storm. A bit inconvenient. He was a very friendly person, but I think the professionalism needs improvement. I'm satisfied in the care my fur babies received as they seemed well at pick up, and the last minute additional day added to the reservation was helpful and I appreciate the flexibility. I just had issues with those two instances that really ended a very well trip not so pleasantly.
