Pets generally take a liking to me. I'm good about making sure they have food and water and letting them out when needed. I like dogs and wish I could have my own, but it hasn't worked out yet. I grew up with dogs of all sorts including a beloved golden retriever named, Augie (named after Augie Bush from the St. Louis Budweiser family before Budweiser was sold). I have been around dogs most of my life before I turned 18 as my stepfather and Mother like dogs. I also have some experience working with pit bulls. My friend, Marv adopted a pit bull to save it from having to go to a shelter. Shilo was the dogs name. She was a great puppy. Very loyal and not at all what I expected. She used to sleep with me nightly.
