Pet care experience
As a kid, my house was not pet friendly. This was heartbreaking for me, but I promised myself that I would give a dog a forever home when I got older. In the meantime, I took care of every friend’s dog that I could. I learned to go above and beyond in my service. Feeding them and walking them wasn’t enough! I made sure to interact with the dogs (young, old, physically abled or not and everything in between!), give them mental stimulation, and show them all sorts of love while their owners were gone. It gave me so much joy. Since I live in a small apartment, I’m not able to have my own dog. However, in the meantime, I’m dedicated to giving the most love and support to dogs and their parents possible! Plus, I’m educating myself on how to become a better dog walker and trainer!

Jurnee is wonderful with animals and has cared for my dog for the past several years. During my trips, ranging from a couple days to a month, she would reliably feed, walk, and play with my dog each day. She is very responsible and has an eye for detail, always remembering how and when to give medication to Puzzle. I highly recommend using her services!
I have been consistently hiring Jurnee for pet sitting including giving medications and walking jobs for the past 5 years. She is very reliable and trustworthy. if there was ever a concern about Chunky, she would quickly notify me and keep in close communication. Our dog, Chunky, loves Jurnee and she would always stay and keep her company after she was fed and walked. I am able to accommodate any need you have for your dog. For dogs who like to take it slow on walks, I know great spots for beautiful, leisurely strolls. For dogs who need more rigorous exercise, I’m into running and hiking! Either way, your dogs needs come first and I’m respectful of all boundaries! I just want your dog to be safe and happy.

I don’t have any breed preferences, but I would like to know your dog’s energy level, their level of socialization around other dogs and people, level of training and their personal boundaries (likes and dislikes).
A typical day
I love doing walks, runs and hikes! Some of my favorite walking/running areas include Golden Gate Park (which I leave just a few blocks from and visit every week), Lake Merced and Crissy Fields. If those are too far or out of you and your dog’s comfort zone, I’m absolutely down to do a local park or neighborhood. The goal is to just have fun and have your dog get some great exercise. But, if your dog has certain likes (leisurely walks, runs, swimming, wildlife), let me know and I can think of something fun to do!

Availability
I’ve just graduated college and have begun my first full-time job. So, for dog walking, I’ll be available completely on the weekends. During the weekdays, I’m available early morning am or in the evening/night.
