Obedience and a whole lotta love
Pet care experience
I grew up with a house full of dogs. I often sit for my parents English bully and their terrier, however my favorite kind of puppers are the bigger guys and gals like shepherds and such. I am all about obedience training and structure. Dogs need lots of mental and physical stimulation and I am prepared to give them that. My hopes are to grow more skilled in dog sitting German shepherds and Belgian malinois’ to one day adopt one of my own. If you want them to go running, I’m your guy. If you want obedience done, I’m your guy. And if you just want someone to show your pupper some love, then I’m your guy. I graduated from UF about two years ago and am hoping to sit as a side job, because I love dogs.

Jurian did a terrific job. He really knows and loves dogs. He was patient ( which is crucial ) and doesn’t use harsh methods. He explains the why and how of his training so you understand and gave us tips and pointers to help us work with the dogs on our own. We would highly recommend him.

Jurian was wonderful with our 14 year old dog Bella on a long weekend stay recently. He was very easy to coordinate with, and sent us plenty of photos and updates throughout the weekend. Our dog was taken on several walks each day and well cared for! Thanks!
Rosie had a blast with Jurian. They played and went on walks everyday. Jurian sent videos and pictures constantly which made me feel very comfortable with her stay. Jurian’s backyard was perfect for Rosie to play and let her energy out. He also practiced some commands with her and did some training. Great experience over all. Would book again in the future for sure.

I love animals. I once thought I wanted to become a veterinarian, but then decided to do pre-Med instead. I love to treat dogs however their owners want them to be cared for. But typically, I give them lots of affection, attention, and love playing with them. I like to make everything mentally stimulating for them, so that they have a job to focus on. I love obedience training, playing fetch, walking dogs, and playing tug. Let me know if you have any questions.

Let me know if your dog has any special needs that you need me to take care of. My parents’ terrier needs her glucose checked every morning and night to be given insulin. Let me tell you, dogs do not like their BGL to be checked. However, if that is what is needed then I can do it. Let me know if your dog struggles with separation anxiety or aggression, so that I know how to work with him/her. All in all, just help me to help you and your pupper to have an awesome stay.
A typical day
I love going on runs near my apartment or taking dogs to play fetch in the tennis court next to my apartment. I also know how to work a dog on a long line in order to teach specific commands like come and leave it. You can be sure I will work on heel, place, sit, stay, and fetch! Obedience is essential to a healthy relationship and I would love to help your dog grow in that area, so that you can connect with your dog so much easier.
