About me: Home owner living in New York City with many years of experience caring for pets and gardens. Rule under my parents' roof as a kid was that so long as it would live in a tank or a cage, I could have it-- so I did! Small mammals, reptiles, fish, invertebrates-- you name, I had it! After having graduated university and getting my own place, I immediately brought in a Boxer puppy. Eleven fantastic years later, my pup has since passed but my love for animals hasn't. My experience: Endearingly known as "our own Dog Whisperer" amongst my friends and family, I've raised a loving and obedient boxer for 11 wonderful years. Cairo has since passed but my love for caring for animals hasn't! I've since then helped guide my friends by sharing my experiences as a pet owner, as well as provide dog walking and enrichment stints. In addition to my pet experience, I have extensive experience managing homes. I own a three-family house and manage my parents' two-family rental property, as they reside out of state. Handy when necessary, smart (humble!) enough to know when a problem is beyond me, rest assure that your home would be in capable experienced hands. I'd love to bring this experience to Rover and have some fun with some furry friends!
