While away for Christmas vacation I wanted to take my mom away overnight but was worried about my 4 month old cockapoo. Not knowing what to do I came across Rover and saw several sitters in my area. By luck I selected Julissa and am Absolutely thrilled that I did. She communicated with me regularly and made the process of leaving my baby alone for the 1st time so much easier. As others have said she has a warm and upbeat personality that had both myself and Oreo at ease. Overall the experience could not have been any better and I am thrilled to know that I will Absolutely be comfortable leaving my babies in her care again. Thankyou Julissa
Communication was iffy. Prior to the stay communication was great, but we went 24 hours without an update and ended up picking our dog up early because the lack of communication was concerning to us. Truly don’t know if there was just a misunderstanding/miscommunication when we were giving care info, but we did ask for updates throughout the day and gave her who to contact in case of an emergency.
Julissa was Great! Great communication. So friendly, my babies loved her and their walk. Would definitely recommend and we will be using her again.
Julissa is a true gem! Her bubbly and upbeat personality radiates warmth and love. She is simply exceptional with her affectionate nature. Highly recommended!! My babies adore her !
