Dog Obsessed Runner
Pet care experience
I am a recent college grad from Dickinson College. I work in the financial district and can do walks/runs before work, and depending on work schedule I am free most afternoons/evenings or after work! I am obsessed with dogs and until I find my perfect pup I would love to walk yours! I am training for (my second) Boston Marathon and would enjoy a canine presence during training, but I'm also not opposed to hanging with non running dogs! I am very trust worthy and have grown up with dogs my entire life. At this point my parents are sick of dropping my dog off in the city every Sunday to hangout with, so I decided to turn to Rover! The North End, Financial, Beacon Hill, South Boston is my preferred area (anywhere along the Charles river esplanade is also great!)

Dogs have always had a special place in Juliette's heart. Juliette grew up always having a dog in her home. She knows what it takes to love and care for a dog. She is responsible, friendly and a very caring person. Any dog owner would be lucky to have Juliette care for their furry family member.
It is my pleasure to write this testimonial for Juliette whom I have had the pleasure to know her whole life!!! She has always loved animals (even as a young child!) and has held many positions of responsibility for the care and well being of a variety of animals--most importantly (to me) my own two dachsie pups who can be quite a handful at times!! Juliette spent quality time with them (as evidenced by not only photos sent to me during our vacation, but how they greet her now!). She made certain they were safe and had their needs met on a daily basis (stayed in our home with the pups). I felt confident and relaxed on our trip knowing that she was there to take care of them so lovingly!!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to any pet parent that wants that peace of mind in regard to their four-legged family member while on holiday!!!!! ???
Juliette is an awesome and caring young woman who totally loves dogs and provides excellent care for them. I lived near her college campus and she was super helpful with my many dogs, all of who are large and extra large. We have a never ending supply of foster dogs and Juliette knew how to interact and care for each one, no matter their issues. I was so sad to see her graduate and move away. In addition to spending a lot of time with our dogs, walking, house sitting, etc. she managed the campus group that provided dog volunteers to both myself and our rescue group. she is a hard worker who has awesome dog and people skills.
Juliette is so reliable! My pup looks forward to her walks with her and will run to the door anytime she hears Juliette's name. I couldn't imagine using anyone else now that we've found Juliette. Her passion for dogs is undeniable.

I am a big dog person - I have grown up around big dogs, but that being said I love all dogs. I am very well educated in animal health (took vertebrate biology - aka dog anatomy last year), so all dogs will do. The main thing I would like to know before taking a dog is if they are dog friendly, kid friendly, protective, or exhibit possession aggression so I can be proactive in preventing a situation from arising. I would also like to know the dogs warning signals - every dog has them and typically the owners know what they are!
A typical day
I live in an apartment in the North End that does not allow dogs to stay overnight, but if watching (sitting or walking) dogs. I know all the great stop to go to - when my dog comes into the city we go to the dog park across bridge near TD (charlestown side) or Columbus park. If other dogs aren't your dogs thing - we will take nice long strolls along the Charles River Esplanade. If you dog high high energy I can always swing by on my morning or after work runs for a nice jog!
