Julietta was so patient and fantastic! We had never used rover before and we were very nervous. We gave detailed instructions which she followed beautifully. My dog Duke has some pretty specific qwerks and Julietta was understanding of them. Overall wonderful experience and we hope for her to watch our pups again if we stop in through Amarillo.
