Loving Dog Sitter with Fenced Yard
Pet care experience
I have always been an animal lover, and grew up with dogs and other pets as a part of my family. My husband and I have taken care of many of our friend's and family's dogs of varying ages and breeds over the years. We currently have a 1 year old female Italian Greyhound (about 15 pounds) who is sweet, playful, and loves other dogs of all sizes.

We have a dog-safe home with a secure fenced in yard located on a safe, quiet residential street. Our dog Gigi is affectionate and gentle with other dogs, and absolutely loves having other dogs to join in playtime. There is also plenty of room for your pup to have their own space if they would like. My husband and I have experience caring for senior dogs as well as dogs with health issues that need medication administered/have special needs. We are also experienced with handling dogs with anxiety or nervousness, and are extremely sensitive to ensuring that we create an environment where these dogs feel as comfortable and safe as possible. We know that trusting your pup in the hands of someone new can feel overwhelming, so please know that we will always treat your dog like a member of the family while they're with us. Your dog's happiness, comfort, and safety is top priority! If you have any special needs or requests for your pup we are happy to accommodate those as well.

A typical day
We love taking a walk or drive to the beach about a mile away from us and walking by the ocean! We also love going to the dog park. Our daily afternoon walks are usually past a nearby lake, with lots of trees and grass along the way to explore. Our dog Gigi's favorite pastime at home is playing fetch with her toys and tennis balls, so that is something we do daily!

Availability
I currently work remotely, so I am at home all day with my dog Gigi. My husband and I are both home in the evenings and weekends as well. We have a fenced in backyard off of my office/living room, so I typically let our dog Gigi out for supervised yard time/potty breaks once every hour or two. We typically take several walks around the neighborhood during the day and a longer walk in the evenings. We have lots of space for playtime and exercise indoors during the colder months as well, and an overflowing basket of dog toys to play with! I have plenty of flexibility to create an activity schedule that works for your pup's energy level and exercise needs.
