As a veterinarian, I have experience with dogs of all sizes and of course love taking care of them. I have been watching rover dogs for a few years and pet sit frequently for my family and friends' dogs so have experience with that too. Of course I am comfortable administering medications if needed and you'd be comfortable knowing that if anything were to happen to your pet, he or she would be in the hands of an experienced veterinarian. My 4 children are great with dogs, very gentle, loving, and enjoy playing with them. We have watched dogs as small as a Shih Tzu, as large as a Great Dane, and as active as a working breed German Shepherd.

Julie was wonderful! She took great care of our little sweet dog. She sent great pictures which showed that he was being very well taken care of. She was also very flexible when we had issues with our flights and timing wasn't what we had I originally asked for. Highly recommend!
Julie and her family were great! We needed someone to board our dog, Boomer, last minute around the holidays and they were able to help us out. We could tell Boomer was well taken care of and would definitely book again!

For me to pet sit, your dog should be friendly with other dogs, cats, and kids. They also should be fully potty trained and not a dog that likes to mark in new houses. (Exception- puppies with full disclosure at time of booking). Also, please make sure your pet is up to date on all vaccines and on a good flea and tick prevention
A typical day
We love to take our dogs for walks and I will run with your dog if that is something they would enjoy. They would also play with our dogs who love dogs of all sizes.

I work 4 days a week, so pick ups/drop offs on Mon-Thurs would need to either be early in the morning or early evening. I'm off Fri-Sunday. Someone is usually home around 245pm to let the dogs potty when I'm at work
