Pet care experience
Hi I'm Julie and I love every dog I ever meet!!!! I grew up with dogs and have experience caring for lots of different types of dogs and animals. I work four days a week at a grocery store and my weekend is Thursday-Saturday. I usually work 10-6 or 12-8 and can dogsit or do check-ins around that if I'm working. I've been dogsitting for friends and family for a few years and I love hanging out with dogs! I have experience with large and small dogs, disabled dogs, dogs who take medicine, and even litters of puppies! I have a car and a bike and I love taking hikes and exploring the city. I think I have a pretty calming presence around dogs, they seem to know I'm a dog person and usually trust me. I love meeting new dogs and learning their personalities and quirks! I dogsit because I love dogs and will treasure my time with any dog I care for.

Julie is a fabulous dog sitter! I have met very few people who love animals as much as she does. She is dependable and trust worthy. You and your dog would be lucky to have her dog pet sit!
Julie has been pet sitting for me for years. We have two dogs, a cat, an elderly parakeet, and some fish and Julie always makes sure that they get the best care when we go out of town. She loves all animals , and they love her right back. It's hard to leave your pups at home, but when you have to it's great to know that they adore their sitter and look forward to spending time with her.

I would love to know about any behavior issues or anxiety and what works best to manage any issues. Also favorite activities and treats! I don't have breed preferences but I'm not a very big person so I may not be able to control some large dogs if they act aggressively or don't listen to me. It really just depends on the dog though!
A typical day
I love going to parks like Laurelhurst and Alberta park and walking around or hanging out on a blanket with a book. I can take your dog to a dog park, but only with permission and if I'm sure your dog will come when called.
